Dave was inspired to join the AESOP board by his son Aidan who launched the Florida International University chapter of AESOP. His wife Tracey also volunteers as an English and Art teacher.

Over the past 17 years, Dave has been in private equity with Intrepid Capital Partners and TRG.  He is currently a healthcare executive at a TRG portfolio company called ibex which is listed on the NASDAQ. 

Dave spent his first 20 years in business as a global executive at GE and JPMorgan Chase.

Dave has served on several boards such as JPMorgan India, JPMorgan Philippines, Lamps.com, Diversified Lighting, Doughmain, Pearl S. Buck International Foundation and the American Teleservices Association. 

He received his B.S. in Economics & Marketing along with an MBA from Drexel University. He also studied at the London School of Economics and George Washington University.
